With 12+ years of international experience in the HR profession, of which 5+ years as a strategic HR Manager and part of the MT, I have been able to experience and manage many facets of HR. I have well-rounded experience in a wild range of topics from process optimization to leading reorganizations to leading full European HR migration in acquisitions and mergers. Besides this, I'm a true HR Business Partner: finding, building and remaining high profile talented teams together with their senior leaders.
My HR experience has been built up from various adventures as a Recruitment Lead, Continuous Improvement Lead and Head of HR. All global, international roles in the international profit sector.
